This is what I'm about. This is my passion. None of us really know the extent of our impact on this world. Sometimes its a word, a touch, a helping hand or a listening ear. We each have the power to lift another. Let's keep reaching out with our knowledge of celiac and the impact of gluten on someone undiagnosed. Let's do this thing.
My passion to reach others with undiagnosed celiac started almost immediately after I was diagnosed in 2000 and I realized how unwell I actually was my first forty years of life. And with each year, this passion has never diminished - never. I've been frustrated, but I haven't given up. As long as there is a sick child (or adult) whose life can be improved with a gluten free diet, I will continue trying to reach them and their families.
I hope you join me. Thank you reading my first post on "Gluten Free Respect." I hope you continue.
