If you are new to this diet and reading this, you will agree more than those of us who have been handling it for years. Trust me when I tell you - It DOES get easier :) But its still a struggle sometimes. Anything that goes against our natural pattern takes effort.
Food. Hunting (whether in the woods or the grocery store). Food. Eating. Food. Nourishing our bodies. Food-Food-Food. It IS a big part of life. And for some-it is the biggest part of life.
Let me explain. This was made clear to me after watching a movie with my granddaughter last night. It was a documentary type film, following a mama bear and her two babies through their waking from hibernation to returning to hibernation. It was cute. Added narration and music gave appeal to small children as well as to grandma.
(*Just be sure that you are not only satisfying your cravings but also replenishing your body with the nutrition that it needs :)
