No exact measurements in most of my cooking, sorry.
First: Clean and cube potatoes. (I used 2 because I was cooking for two. I left skins on.)
Start cooking them in one skillet with coconut oil (or oil of your choice.)
Second: Cube chicken. (I used those individually frozen breast tenders - 2)
Add them to a second skillet with oil. I seasoned with a few shakes of seasoned salt.
Third: Clean and chop broccoli crowns (I used about a have pound) and add to the potatoes (which should be about half done by now.) Don't forget to stir the chicken occasionally.
Fourth: I added a couple teaspoons chopped garlic (I get the prechopped garlic in a jar. Oh-so-much easier than doing it myself! :) and seasalt to taste.
When broccoli and potatoes are tender, add the cooked chicken.
And that's it!
